Overview of management (management review) should be done by the organization at least once a year. Top management shall review the Quality Management System to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness. The period review has been planned and set. For example, management review meeting is held once a year or twice a year after the implementation of internal audit.

The head of Industrial Food Biotechnology and Agricultural Products Laboratory through the head of Department ensure the fulfillment of the rights and needs of the customers / stakeholders in accordance with the Quality Management System that has been set. Management review conducted for the evaluation of customer satisfaction / stakeholders in accordance with the applicable requirements. Management review conducted as a follow-up of Internal Audit Quality (AIM) held by the Quality Assurance (GJM) in every semester by holding a meeting between the head of Laboratory, professors, laboratory assistant with Auditor Team. This meeting aims to evaluate the results of previous audits and correct deficiencies that may be found, as well as improve the quality of service to customers / stakeholders. Management review results will be followed up with routine laboratory evaluation of the outcomes of the product and compliance with quality standards that have been determined. The discrepancy between the outcomes of the product and quality standards will be comprehensively evaluated to determine the follow-up monitoring of solutions according to the documents in the Manual Procedure of Food Biotechnology and Agricultural Products Laboratory.
